Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and administer several key workflows in support of transactional print services. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of high-volume print and mailing workflows to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Transactional Print Support:


Support for uploading compliance documents into the Commercial Underwriting Workstation. Posting notice print and mail SME - addresses requests for mid-term policy issuance and troubleshooting customer pull requests. Contact for updates to posting notices and other policy forms in support of transactional print. Process print and mail special requests, for regulatory compliance documents, that fall outside vendor cutoff times. Monitor the end-to-end print production workflow, including processing, printing, and finishing in order to accommodate special requests.
Project Management / Return Mail Processing:


Address customer support issues related to the receipt, sorting, and distribution of returned mail items. Update customer records in the database with corrected or verified email address information. Validate new contacts or resources for incoming and returned mail. Provide assistance to customers in resolving mail delivery issues.
Invoice Processing:


Accurately input invoice details into Coupa, ensuring proper coding and categorization. Serve as the initial point of contact for vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other related issues.
Inventory Tracking:


Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies using inventory management systems or software. Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies, and provide insights to management. Collaborate with transactional print service vendors to address inventory needs and resolve issues.
