We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient shipping processes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to manage your time and pace throughout the day.

Duties

Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including proper storage of materials. This position is for our Remote Fulfillment Operation. We fulfill orders on behalf of a large scale medical testing company and send kits to laboratories and doctor offices across North America. This position is responsible for reading an order, choosing the correct quantity and style of cooler and then packing those coolers into a shipper box and placing a shipping label on the box. This position has a dedicated work area in the warehouse that includes all the necessary components to fulfill all orders. Rate for this position is 350-400 orders packed per shift.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting (3 - 14 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to equipment (fork lift) operation as needed. Strong commitment to safety practices within the workplace.
