The Opportunity

As the Fulfillment Agent you are responsible for picking, tracking, and processing all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our METRC team, testing labs, manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, retail managers, wholesale sales team and Business Development to ensure Lake Leaf products, packaging and customer orders are accurate, complete, timely and within Band and State regulations.

What You Get to Do

Ensuring all products are labeled and packaged to expectations and prepped for order fulfillment.

Confirming products' unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.

Placing customer orders on schedule according to department leadership.

Achieve department-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned.

Aid other departments as needed to support overall operations.

A superuser of the companies ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and METRC compliance tracking to ensure the workflow of PO's, Invoices, Manifests and Inventory control is on track and accurate.

Recording package gross weight prior to shipment.

Checking in finished product and replenishing shelves

Conduct weekly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with Store Managers on adjustments to packaging or shipments as necessary.

Packing and sealing all finished orders for delivery

What Qualifies You (

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

)

At least one (1) year inventory or order fulfillment experience.

Minimum of 6 months experience working in METRC

Experience working in regulated environment

Basic Word, Excel, Outlook skills

Must be able to secure license from Regulatory Agency

Responsible for following all relevant Cannabis Regulations.

Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Work Environment

Indoor cultivation facility with controlled temperatures and humidity levels.

Exposure to strong odors and varying noise levels.

Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Collaborative team environment with communication between multiple departments.
