Job Description

This position plays a critical role in the daily operations of our warehouse and fulfillment center. Incumbent will be responsible for receiving incoming packages, processing and packaging orders, and ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and aligned with our brand standards. This role ensures timely delivery, proper handling of medical-grade skincare, inventory accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail to support an exceptional patient experience.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Print and review order tickets with accuracy and clarity. Process and fulfill patient orders in a timely and accurate manner Pick, pack, and ship aesthetic skincare products in a timely and organized manner while following company and carrier guidelines. Ensure all items are correctly branded, labeled, and packaged to brand standards. Prepare and process shipments via shipping platforms and shipping software (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Receive, inspect, and log incoming packages and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and workstation. Maintain accurate inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies Monitor and organize shipping materials and branded packaging supplies. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Ensure appropriate levels of boxes, tape, inserts, and other shipping materials are stocked. Ensure packaging and presentation align with company branding guidelines. Perform quality checks on outbound orders to ensure accuracy and excellence. Apply branded collateral, inserts, and promotional materials as instructed. Suggest improvements to fulfillment processes and inventory systems. Work closely with customer service and inventory management teams to resolve issues. Ensure proper storage and handling of skincare products to maintain product integrity Respond to basic order-related inquiries or issues as needed Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards when handling orders and information Maintain accurate records of orders processed and shipped. Conduct physical inventory counts at satellite locations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:



High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior related experience in fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management. Experience handling medical, cosmetic, or skincare products a plus
