As a

Fulfillment Center Associate

, working within the Fulfillment Center at our Westfield, MA warehouse, you will contribute to the coordination of warehouse inventory and work to ensure a seamless operation at the facility.

This position is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of 3 to 6 months.

What You'll Do:

Maintain and adhere to all safety standards for the Westfield facility in accordance with OSHA regulations. Examine contents and compare with records, invoices, and/or orders to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, shipping procedures, routes, and rates Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, any damages and/or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes Store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock for accuracy and neatness Deliver or route materials to different departments, load and unload trucks using MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Determine shipping methods for materials using D365 WMS for Partner specific instructions. Assemble, package, address and ship merchandise and material as well as unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise and material using D365 RF scanners and BOL's, Packing Slips, and PO's Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Confirm inventory by performing cycle counts and year-end physical inventory and implement measured and data driven improvement plans Additional duties, as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Safety oriented mindset High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years relevant experience Ability to operate a fork lift and other shipping machinery Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Experience working with computers, specifically ERP software, including FedEx and UPS systems Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to lift 50 - 70 pounds Energetic attitude and willingness to help Commitment to the mission of Enstall Solar Group

Where You'll Be Located

This position is onsite at our Westfield, MA warehouse.

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $20 and $23 per hour, commensurate with experience, if located in Springfield, MA market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
