Job Summary

Work an average of 30 hours a week and make $40,000-$45,000 a year to start! Lebeda Mattress has uncapped sales incentives allowing our sales associates to work toward whatever income they desire!

We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused, salesperson to work as part of a team in our Marion retail operation. Lebeda Mattress Factory makes it our mission to pair our customers sleep needs with our own industry leading quality, factory direct mattresses. As a salesperson you will need to guide our customers to the product which will provide them the best rest of their lives!

Responsibilities

Maintaining excellent customer service standards. Manage cash handling procedures, generate sales orders, invoicing, and assorted administrative tasks with accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards. Utilize effective communication skills.

Skills

The ideal candidate must have a dynamic, charismatic personality as well as honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer proficiency required. Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service excellence.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
