Full-Time House Manager / Housekeeper - Greenwich, CT

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$30-$40 per hour, based on experience, skills, and scope of role

is seeking an experienced and highly organized

House Manager / Housekeeper

to oversee the daily care and smooth operation of their household. The family has four children and a full team of support, including a live-in nanny, chef, weekend nanny/housekeeper, and a cleaning crew that handles regular deep cleaning.

The family will be moving into a newly constructed larger home nearby within the next few months, and an additional full-time cleaner will join the household team at that time.

Responsibilities include:

Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces Home organization and maintaining household systems and supplies Scheduling and coordinating appointments, household maintenance, and family travel Running errands and managing household inventory Assisting with school drop-offs, pick-ups, and carpools as needed Liaising with vendors, contractors, and other household staff to ensure seamless operation

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a

house manager or housekeeper

in a large, busy private home Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude Fluent English (spoken and written) Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive Strong communication skills and discretion
