Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food is prepared and served to the highest standards. Duties

Prepare and cook various menu items, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Support the team in various capacities, including barista duties when required.

Experience

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet service is advantageous. Knowledge of dietary aide practices and food safety regulations is beneficial. Familiarity with food handling techniques and restaurant operations will enhance your candidacy. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage preparation. Projected Total Compensation: $15.65 - $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
