Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Frozen Stocker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing frozen inventory, ensuring proper stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized storage environment. This role requires physical stamina, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Receive, unload, and stock frozen products using forklifts and pallet jacks Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting and control procedures Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment Ensure proper rotation of stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including cleaning and maintenance tasks Assist with shipping & receiving operations, including loading and unloading shipments Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for easy access and presentation Operate retail math skills for inventory tracking and reporting Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations Follow safety protocols when handling heavy lifting equipment and frozen goods

Skills

Strong knowledge of inventory management, control, and organization skills Experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks consistently Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Warehouse experience in retail or grocery store environments preferred Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, stocking, packaging, and merchandising Good organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy Customer service skills beneficial for interacting with team members or store personnel Maintenance skills for equipment upkeep and cleanliness responsibilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
