We need an energetic, personable and goal-driven Frontline Sales Manager to lead our team in Chattanooga!
The Position:
Northpoint Roofing Systems seeks an energetic, personable manager to be a part of our Frontline Sales Team. As the manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hiring, training and motivating our Frontline Sales reps.
- Planning, executing, and driving daily routes for the team.
- Driving the canvassing team to neighborhoods that have experienced storm damage.
- Direct the field activity to assure all information is correct for our drone pilots.
- Min of 3 years experience managing a team.
- Must be able to work 12p to 7 pm M-F $ occasionally 9a-2p Saturday\'s.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to be outdoors and drive on a daily basis.
- Must have a good driving record & at least 21 years old
- Acceptable criminal background check.
