Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Representative



Actively participate in direct marketing and sales campaigns in various community settings, events, and designated territories. Engage prospective customers face-to-face, effectively introducing Frontier's brand and services. Qualify prospective customers by sparking interest, answering initial questions, and collecting essential customer information. Deliver concise and impactful introductory presentations on Frontier's internet, TV, and voice solutions, highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Assist the sales team by pre-qualifying potential customers and preparing them for a detailed sales conversation. Learn and apply core sales principles such as brand messaging, target audience identification, and promotional strategies in a direct environment. Set up and manage promotional materials, ensuring an engaging and informative presence for Frontier. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on current campaigns and service offerings, providing valuable insights to the leadership team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads generated, and sales activities within our tracking systems. Collaborate closely with Sales Team Members and Management to ensure a cohesive approach from initial customer engagement to successful acquisition. Stay continuously informed on Frontier's latest products, services, and competitive differentiators.

Minimum Qualifications of the Frontier Sales Representative



A highly energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated personality, eager to take initiative and drive results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing leads and campaign materials effectively. A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive group environment focused on shared success. Entry-level experience in customer-facing roles such as marketing, sales, or service, and naturally skilled in direct interactions. Ability to adapt quickly to new sales strategies, product information, and dynamic campaign environments. Proficiency with basic computer applications and a willingness to learn specific marketing and sales software. A genuine passion for brand promotion and connecting customers with valuable services.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Earnings:

Commission-Based*Frontier Sales Representatives earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, associates earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)

Job Locations:

Main Durham office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.

Clients & Products:

Promote Frontier's internet services.
