Responsibilities of our Frontier Account Representative include:



Meet with customers in person to introduce them to our client's fiberoptic internet services and explain the benefits of reliable, high-speed connectivity Stay informed about the latest promotions, bundles, and service updates so you can make the best recommendations for each household or business Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documentation Follow compliance and quality standards while representing the client's brand in a positive and professional manner Collaborate with your team to share strategies, monitor customer engagement trends, and support overall campaign success Address customer questions with confidence, identify their needs, and provide solutions that fit their lifestyle and work requirements

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
