About the Role

As our

Front-End Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind our front-end operations, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and memorable. With your leadership and organizational skills, you'll oversee day-to-day activities, support our team, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating front-end staff to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. - Managing daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and task delegation. - Monitoring and improving the guest experience by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards. - Training and mentoring team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Collaborating with other managers to streamline operations and meet business goals.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have: -

3 years of experience

in a similar management or supervisory position. - Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with confidence. - A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
