We're seeking an experienced

Wheel Loader Operator

to support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, computer-savvy, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Requirements:

Minimum 25 years of age Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Flexible availability (varied hours, overtime, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays) Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Must be able to climb in and out of the loader many times a day, as well as ladders throughout the plant. Operator must keep loader clean Walking, sitting, bending, lifting, squatting, etc. required. Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. Some climbing (heights) required.

Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance on loader and basic plant equipment Maintain yard cleanliness, organization, and grooming Assist with inventory of materials and equipment Prepare utility block forms Act as a spotter for drivers
We offer competitive hourly compensation, weekly pay with direct deposit, monthly bonus incentive, overtime, 401(k) and Profit-sharing. Guaranteed 40 hours.
