Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Staff member to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by wecoming guest, make them seated while efficiently taking orders and handling food and beverage orders. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with their ordering process in person or via POS systems Toast POS. Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, maintaining high levels of quality and safety. Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling stations, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations. Hand over order pickup like door dash, uber eats, grubhub and online order pickups. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders and payments. Handle customer issues efficiently and requet for google reviews with concern and passion.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS system Toast. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering in a restaurant or cafe environment is highly desirable. Join our team today!
