Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Front Office & Technology Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative and technical functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Clio and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management with accuracy and efficiency Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring exceptional service and support Assist with office organization, including filing systems, inventory management, and office supply coordination Support personal assistant tasks such as calendar updates, travel arrangements, and correspondence management Handle clerical duties such as typing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation Contribute to maintaining a professional office environment by adhering to phone etiquette and organizational standards

Qualifications



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles; prior dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Clio, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Ability to handle clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management accurately Prior experience in office or clerical work demonstrating attention to detail and time management skills Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous

Pay: $27.27 - $30.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
