We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of hospitality management. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction, facilitating smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests. The Front Office Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and upholding the high standards of our hotel.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including guest check-in and check-out procedures
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
Oversee reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy rates
Train and mentor front desk staff on hotel policies, customer service standards, biling, and phone etiquette
Handle and review night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
Maintain phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication at all times
Assist with guest relations efforts to enhance overall guest experience
Monitor front desk operations for efficiency and adherence to hotel standards and handbook
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operation
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality, management or hotel management roles, atleast 2+ years of hospitality experience
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for effective guest communication
Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest services
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
