Invictus is a multi-specialty clinic that has numerous practitioners and ancillary services which make it a very fast paced environment. We are looking for a front desk representative to act as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, self motivated, able to work quickly, has a fantastic customer service attitude, has the ability to professionally resolve conflict and is computer savvy. A candidate who is bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Patient Interaction
: Create an upbeat atmosphere while checking patients in and out or attempting to resolve their issues either in person or by phone.
Appointment Management
: Schedule or reschedule appointments while ensuring all relevant information is entered into the EHR (Intergy).
Administrative Tasks
: Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, complete tasks in the EHR, etc.
Insurance Coordination
: Verify patient insurance information for each visit, collect copays, etc.
Record Management
: Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA and office policies.
Supportive Duties
: Assist with other office tasks as needed.
