Job Description
American Legacy Academy is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Front Office Receptionist.
This is a 10-month contracted job.
American Legacy Academy opened in 2023 with the vision of providing our students with an education that is both classical and American in its orientation; one that is rooted in the liberal arts and sciences, offering a firm grounding in civic virtue, and cultivating moral character.
JOB SUMMARY
This role involves managing daily office functions such as answering phones, greeting guests, responding to emails, handling correspondence, and assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist is also expected to be a helpful resource for the school community, offering customer service and assistance to parents and staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing phone calls, greeting guests, emails, and in-person inquiries. Assisting with student enrollment, attendance, and communication with parents regarding student matters. Organizing meetings and school events. Supporting the principal or administrative team with day-to-day operational duties
