Key Responsibilities



Be the first impressionof Paragon Dental Studio--greeting every patient with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity. Manage the schedule with precision, balancing efficiency and patient experience. Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and kindly. Assist patients with treatment planning, financial arrangements, and membership options. Coordinate patient flow and communication between clinical and administrative teams. Support daily office operations, including verifying insurance, preparing paperwork, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment. Contribute to a culture of positivity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent our brand voice online and in-person with professionalism and care.

Qualifications



Prior experience in dental, medical, or hospitality front office is preferred--but a positive attitude and strong communication skills matter most. Excellent organization and multitasking ability. Comfort with technology (Open Dental, digital communication platforms, and Microsoft/Google tools). A genuine love for helping people feel calm and cared for. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information ethically and responsibly. Team player mindset--willing to grow, learn, and support wherever needed.
