We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading a team of front desk staff. This role requires a proactive approach to guest relations, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to hotel policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance performance and service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide guests with accurate information.
Oversee the management of multi-line phone systems, ensuring efficient communication within the hotel.
Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel.
Take the place of General Manager when the General Manager is not on property.
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles is essential.
Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette.
