Job Summary
The beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown is seeking a Front Office Manager. Weekend, evenings, overnights, on-call and holiday availability is required. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager is strongly encourage, and/or strong management skilled preferred. Worked with Fosse is preferred but not required.
Job Duties & Function
Ensure high standards of guest service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Greet VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures.
Supervise daily front desk activities.
Monitor room availability, reservations, and cancellations.
Maintain accuracy of guest records and billing.
Ensure the front desk is staffed properly at all times.
Hire, train, and supervise front office staff (receptionists, bellhops, concierges, etc.).
Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicate guest preferences or issues to the relevant departments.
Handle billing disputes and approve adjustments or refunds when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience preferred, especially Marriott
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems, especially Fosse
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintains composure while under pressure

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
