Job Summary


We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily functions of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties



Supervise all front desk activities. Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure phone etiquette standards are consistently met Assist with data entry for company operations Assist with fleet maintenance notifications Maintain the office ordering Coordinate with other departments, to ensure a solid workflow. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by managing guest relations and ensuring positive interactions at all times Assist with Branch Marketing needs Various other task will come as time progresses.

Qualifications



Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with a diverse team effectively Excellent communication skill Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets are a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with construction type environments; previous construction office experience is highly valued Strong understanding of guest relations principles Ability to work 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
