We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities



Manage and supervise front office staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies. Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing. Conduct night audits as necessary, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Train new staff on front desk procedures, customer service protocols, and hotel management software. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive relationships with guests. Monitor multi-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls efficiently.

Skills



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit processes. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in resort settings is an advantage.
