Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster positive guest relations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties



Manage front office operations, including overseeing the front desk staff and ensuring efficient guest check-in and check-out processes. Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that rooms are ready for guests and that any issues are resolved quickly. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Conduct night audits as necessary to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment. Implement procedures for effective communication within the team and with other departments. Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining phone etiquette. Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores through feedback analysis and service enhancements.

Requirements



Opera Cloud Experience preferred Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is highly desirable. Proficient in using hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a resort environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
