As the Front Office Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn - Aiken, you would be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Front Desk and the Team Members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Manage and assist in all Front Desk operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
As the Front Office Manager, the focus should always be to complete work on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
Hilton brand experience & PEP experience is required
Willingness to accept feedback as it relates to the operation and overall development
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details and excellent communication skills
Ability to "roll your sleeves up" when needed
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
Maintain appropriate inventory levels for Front Office Supplies and Gift Shop Items
Complete weekly department schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met
Understand service and satisfaction trends and develop strategies to improve the overall guest experience
Promote company culture of delivering an outstanding experience to guests and Team Members
Assist with managing sell out efficiency
Knowledgeable and up to date with events taking place in the local Aiken market
Assist/complete any special assignments from the General Manager as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
