Full-Time Front Desk Receptionistto join our team.

This candidate serves as the first contact point for patients , ensuring a welcoming atomosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skill, self initialation , willingness to work as a team member, good orgnaization capbilities, and commitment for patient services. The candiate must have at least

One Year

dental office or medical office working experience.

This position involves effectively managing all aspects of patients' experience,



including but not limited to

:

a). Greet patients and visitors warmly and answer phones, text messages, and email as needed to provide assistance and information.

b). Manage appointment scheduling, cancelation, and confirmation to optimaize the office efficiency. Handle patients' check-in and/or check-out.

c). Verify insurance eligibility. Obtaine patient's insurance information and effectively and correctly enter into patient account.

d). Set up patient's treatment plan, collect copay, bill patients and insurance. Enter insurance payments and update patient's account.

e). Communicate with insurance companies to ensure patient benefit paid effectivly, and communicated with patients to make sure their undersatanding of insurance benefits.

f) .Keep the office clean and organized, order supplies, and do other traditional office administration tasks.

g). Be on time and keep the full time hours. Work as a team member by helping others to achieve excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, customer service oriented, and willing to learn new knowledge. He/she must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus ! ). Prior dental office experience in an administrative role is a big plus. Potention for higher position , like treatment coordiator, and office manger and higher pay.

Applicant must be available to work solo or together to cover the following schedule:

Mondays to Thursdays : 8:15 am to 6:00 pm (one hour Lunch).

Saturdays : two saturdays /month (8:15 am to 2:30pm except June and July)

In the future the following schedule can be added:

Friday . One or two/month (9:00 am to 1:00pm) as needed
