The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua, Inc. is a youth development organization that serves children ages 6 weeks to eighteen. Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We deliver on this mission by providing a safe and fun place for children to grow, by offering engaging programs focused on academics, health, and leadership, and by connecting the kids we serve with caring mentors and role models.

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THIS ROLE:



The Front Office Coordinator supports all front desk operations and ensures a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for families, members, staff, and visitors.
This role is responsible for assisting parents and volunteers, providing exceptional customer service, administrative processes, and ensuring accurate membership and attendance records.
The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for families and community members while maintaining smooth daily operations that support the Club's mission

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):



As a Boys & Girls Club Front Office Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

Greet and assist families, members, vendors, and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and policies. Ensure front desk and entryway procedures support a safe and secure environment. Oversee check-in and dismissal processes to ensure smooth and safe transitions for members. Maintain and update member records in the Club's database. Process memberships, payments, and daily deposits accurately. Organize and maintain files, forms, and required documentation. Support cross-department communication to ensure efficient operations. Assist with compliance documentation and reporting as needed. Participate in special projects or events to support the Club's overall mission. Other duties as assigned by leadership.

REQUIRED:



Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with office equipment, including multi-line phones, copiers, scanners, and computers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build positive working relationships with staff, families, and community partners. Must pass a background check in accordance with Boys & Girls Club policies. Bilingual preferred

Based on experience and qualifications and includes competitive benefits package.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
