We are a growing personal injury law firm and are looking for a positive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for someone interested in building a career in personal injury law, with opportunities to transition into a paralegal or case manager role over time.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
Manage client intake by gathering essential case information and entering it accurately into our case management system.
Maintain organized records of client communications and case details.
Follow up with clients and potential clients to provide updates and support throughout the intake process.
Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks and case-related support including preparing and sending mail, medical records requests, and medical record review.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Ability to work as a team member and independently.
Professional demeanor with the ability to empathize with clients experiencing difficult situations.
Experience with multi-line phone systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, intake, or administrative support--legal experience preferred but not required.
Familiarity with medical terminology and its application in personal injury cases preferred but not required.
