Restaurant Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of restaurant management
• Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
• Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
• Stable job history
• Solid business acumen - P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
• High School or equivalent
