Our menu offers chickpeas, ful (fava beans), chicken, falafel, and beef/lamb in fresh, crave-worthy sandwiches and bowls made from scratch. The Role

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat Front of House team member to join our small but mighty crew. You'll take orders, serve guests, keep things running smoothly, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

As part of a collaborative team, this position will also be cross-trained to support food prep and line cooking as needed.

The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver excellent service with warmth, and bring positive energy to every shift.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency Manage in-person, phone, and online orders accurately Maintain high standards for cleanliness and presentation Ensure tables and dishes are consistently cleared and cleaned; especially during high-volume service Maintain all housekeeping tasks and help support BOH tasks during slower hours Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership, contributing to a positive cafe culture Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling, OLCC, and sanitation laws Assist with restocking and FOH closing duties

Qualifications

2+ years FOH experience in a fast-paced restaurant Strong multitasking and communication skills Open to feedback and committed to growth and maintaining high standards Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to take feedback openly and apply it in service of growth and maintaining high standards Food Handler and OLCC cards required (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean food a plus

Job Details

Pay: $17/hr + a share of generous tips Schedule: + Wednesday & Thursday doubles:

10 AM - 2:30 PM

and

5 - 9:30 PM

+ Friday Lunch:

10 AM - 4:30 PM
