Mousetrap Front of House Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and develop a team of approximately 10 employees Assist with the hiring and execute the onboarding process for front of house employees Interpret and uphold Kentucky State Health and Safety Codes within your department Order and organize supplies for front of house on a by-need basis Show initiative to optimize company results by actively searching for ways to improve operations Work with customers in a charismatic manner, fostering quality experiences Collaborate with other departments to perform collective tasks

Education/Requirements

High school Diploma or GED People Management Experience Relevant Experience in the Food Industry `
