Overview

We are seeking friendly, professional Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments such as fine dining. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant or event setting, providing memorable service to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Prior experience in the food industry, including restaurant experience or barista skills, is highly valued.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere Take and serve orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, coordinating with kitchen staff and bartenders Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed to support smooth service operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing event flow

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and dietary accommodations Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Experience with food preparation or catering services is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required A friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.10 - $31.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
