Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Front of House Rotational Position to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in various aspects of food service, customer interactions, and operational support within a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the flexibility to rotate through different front-of-house duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining excellent customer service standards Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep when required Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health protocols throughout shifts

Experience

Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in cash handling, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous Background in culinary arts, serving, or restaurant operations will be beneficial Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for transactions and sales upselling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
