Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
