Job Overview


As a Front of House Manager, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll lead a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining high standards of food safety and service excellence.

What you'll do



Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide top-notch customer service Manage inventory control and ensure proper food handling practices are followed Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems, for efficient transaction processing Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality standards Handle cash management and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction

Experience



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry Strong background in food service management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management practices Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Experience in training & development of staff, including interviewing techniques for new hires Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
