Smith's Olde Bar is a historic Atlanta institution known for great food, live music, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We're looking for a motivated, experienced Front of House Manager to join our crew and help maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front of house staff to ensure smooth shift operations Effective communication with Back of House for efficient shift operations Maintain quality standards for service, food, and safety Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a bar, restaurant, or similar environment Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Proven multitasking and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation

Schedule:

Full-time position Nights and weekends required Flexibility for holidays and special events

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
