As a

Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

, you will develop & lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best lives & thrive as members of the community.

This is a salaried position requiring evening & weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend on-call rotation once trained.

What you'll need:

minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons preferred minimum 1 year experience working in behavioral health services preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience in similar fields valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, & current auto insurance must be 19 years of age or older high school diploma or GED ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

What you'll do:

manage & oversee residential home as well as staff working in the home complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills) assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene run errands such as shopping and going to appointments encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests follow health & safety protocols
