The Front End Manager provides quality customer service, directing and supervising all functions and activities of the Front-End personnel. And to maintain and operate the front end in an efficient manner within store policies.


Competencies:



Friendly Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership skills. Maintain business confidentiality at all times. Must be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts. Good communication and listening skills. Attention to detail and organization. Integrity Knowledge of the grocery industry. Ability to lift (up to a minimum of 25 lbs.) Possesses the math skills necessary to supervise and handle Front-End transactions and operations.

Education/Experience:



High school education or the equivalent combination of education and background. * Must have experience in the retail industry and Front-End operations.
