Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for Front Store Managers to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures. Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain cash handling procedures. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and staff effectively. Proficiency in retail math and inventory management practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems Build and lead team by hiring, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be an example of well behavior and high performance Additional store manager duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
