Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Front-End Manager to undertake a variety of managerial tasks in collaboration with or in the absence of a higher-level manager. You will assist upper management in incorporating strategy and ensuring the store meets its goals.


The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset and leadership capabilities. They must have excellent organizational skills and aptitude in problem-solving. Since you will be acting as a point of contact between employees and Store Operator, solid interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful.


The goal is to secure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients to achieve accelerating and sustainable growth.


The ideal candidate will be able to:

Provide excellent customer service Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy on a daily basis Set employee goals and objectives Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives Train staff to maximize potential Monitor and assist staff with work progress Establish and maintain controls


This position is full-time or part-time with comparable pay.


Full-time positions include full benefits, paid time off, and a 401k plan.


Management experience is preferred, but not required.
