Join our dynamic team as a Front End Loader / Excavator Operator, where you will play a vital role in our processes! You'll be responsible for operating heavy machinery, including front end loaders and excavators, to ensure the successful completion of various tasks on-site. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge will be essential as you contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.
What you'll do
Operate front end loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment with precision and care.
Perform loader and excavator operation tasks to support metal recycling processing activities.
Collaborate with team members to execute tasks effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Safely transport materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including excavators and loaders.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Preferred qualifications
Able to work in a variety of seasonal climates
Awareness of safety requirements
Reliable with good attendance history.
