Job Description

Revive is seeking a highly organized, upbeat, and detail-oriented

Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator

to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth, organized, and supportive patient experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a part of an integrative practice.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out workflow. Answer high-volume phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism. Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules. Process payments and maintain accurate daily reconciliation. Enter patient data, upload documents, and assist with electronic health records. Support clinical staff with intake coordination and patient flow. Monitor supplies, inventory, and office organization. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

Requirements



Proven experience in a medical office environment or as a medical receptionist with strong front desk skills. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy (10-key). Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to health information management and patient privacy. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while providing exceptional customer service.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
