Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor 10pm-6am

Duties:

- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with guest check-out process
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Operate hotel phone systems and other office equipment
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of guest services and guest relations
