Front Desk Receptionist

Hours:

Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, mix of daytime and evening shifts

Weekends:

No Weekend!*

Pay:

From $16/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Process payments and co-pays accurately Manage calls, messages, and scheduling efficiently Coordinate communication between providers and staff Organize, scan, and update patient records Track basic clinic metrics (KPIs) Assist with daily schedule prep and billing coordination Keep the front desk tidy, friendly, and well-organized Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements



At least

1 year of customer service experience

(required) Ability to commute or relocate to Parsippany, NJ Comfortable working fully in person Strong communication, computer proficiency, and a positive attitude Professional, reliable, and people-focused

Multilingual candidates strongly preferred
