The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for leading front desk operations, ensuring outstanding guest service aligned with company and Holiday Inn brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a timely and efficient manner
Resolve guest issues utilizing effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Answer questions about properties, rooms, services, and policies
Provide information about area attractions, property, rates, amenities, and policies
Take reservations using proprietary reservation system and phone system
Respond to all calls, emails, or messages in a timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and the phones
Train and develop new team members on rooms management/reservation systems.
Partner with sales team to manage group, corporate and government business.
Assist with building group blocks and rooming lists.
Working as a team with other departments to provide excellent customer service (i.e., reservations, reception, F&B, cleaning)
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
Must have availability to work weekends and evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
