Front Desk Supervisor General Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day operations of the Front Desk
Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
Answer the phone and direct calls in a friendly and professional manner
Train and monitor performance of front desk personnel and build a team
Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
Maintain communication between departments
Complete Administrative reports as requested

Requirements:
Front Desk Supervisor Requirements Include:
Minimum 1 year front desk operations experience
Supervisory experience a plus
Good interpersonal skills in person, written and over the phone
Fluent Communication in English both spoken and written
Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
Schedule flexibility
Availability Nights, weekends and Holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
