We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at the Hampton Inn & Suites N. Central Expressway.
We will not consider candidates that do not have prior hotel front desk experience.
In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Duties
Supervise and coordinate front desk to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training on hotel management systems, guest services, and phone etiquette
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, handling inquiries and reservations promptly
Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a memorable stay for all guests
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management
Maintain high standards of hospitality management by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel policies
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve operational issues
Monitor guest feedback channels to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction levels
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel regulations at all times
Qualifications
One to two years as a hotel front desk agent.
Ability to work all shifts in the event an agent calls-off from the shift.
Strong organization skills and abilty to multi-task.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train front desk staff confidently
Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems required
Experience with night audit procedures highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
