We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented

Front Desk / Client Experience & Sales Support

team member to join us part-time and play a key role in creating a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do:

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a 5-star experience from check-in to check-out Lead

sales conversations

: educate clients about treatments, promote current specials, and confidently recommend

memberships, packages, and products

Convert inquiries (phone, email, DM, walk-in) into bookings and sales opportunities Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications with accuracy Assist with

social media content support

(capturing behind-the-scenes moments, posting updates, coordinating with marketing team) Track and manage

inventory

for retail and treatment supplies, ensuring products are well-stocked Support the team with

administrative tasks and operational projects

as needed Collaborate with staff to create

smooth workflows and consistent, exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For:

Strong

sales mindset

with the ability to confidently explain services, promotions, and memberships

Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate needs before being asked

Previous med spa, wellness, or beauty industry experience (a plus, not required) Strong scheduling and organizational skills--you keep everything on track Excellent customer service skills and a polished, professional demeanor Comfortable using scripts and training to improve conversions and sales consistency

Interest in skincare and wellness

(bonus if you already love learning about treatments!)

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats

(sales, customer service, operations, and light marketing support)
