Position Overview

We are looking for a

Front Desk / Sales Representative

with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, explaining our wellness programs and treatments, following up with leads, managing appointments, and closing sales.

responsibilities, making it perfect for someone with a friendly personality, professional presentation, and passion for wellness.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and create a warm, professional, and organized environment. Present and explain Bionova's wellness programs, therapies, and treatments. Follow up with new leads and potential clients via phone, email, or text. Close sales and process payments through

Square

,

CRM

, and

CareCredit

. Maintain accurate records of clients, sessions, and sales activity. Manage the appointment calendar and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide excellent post-sale client service and ongoing follow-up. Collaborate with management to meet monthly sales goals. Support marketing initiatives and special events when needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual English & Spanish (Fluent in both required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in

sales

customer service

(experience in

wellness centers, spas, or medical offices

preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive energy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM systems,

Compensation

Base salary + commissions

Monday to Saturday (flexible schedule) Location: Kendall, Miami, FL
